Just Dance consists of a series of paper works created through powerful movements, bold lines, neon-coloured spray paint, and occasional charcoal. Graffiti on paper.
In this series, the dancers appear to be caught in a classical pose, precisely at the moment just before action begins. It is a charged instant in which everything is possible: tension, energy, and the promise of movement. Capturing that moment – trying to hold it – is what these paper works are about.
Just Dance is about observing and moving along with the tension, the emotion, and the physical moment.
